GiftCard Mal provides a digital rewards platform that enables users to purchase, send, and manage digital e-gifts and reward vouchers from participating brands. We act as an intermediary between users and reward brand partners.

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.

4. Purchases and Payments

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. All sales are final unless stated otherwise in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including for suspected fraud.

5. Digital Rewards and Vouchers

Digital rewards purchased through our Platform are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing brand. GiftCard Mal is not responsible for:

• The availability or value of third-party reward programs
• Changes to brand reward programs or expiration policies
• Redemption issues arising from third-party brand systems

Rewards are non-refundable once delivered to the recipient's email or phone number.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Platform for:

• Any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Fraudulent transactions or misrepresentation
• Reselling rewards obtained through our Platform without authorization
• Interfering with or disrupting the Platform or servers
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform
• Using automated tools to scrape or access the Platform
• Money laundering or financing illegal activities

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of GiftCard Mal or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GiftCard Mal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GiftCard Mal and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.
